At the end of 2011, we will mark our 40th year of providing trusted appraisals to our diverse client base. During that span, our appraisers have valued a wide range of subjects, including those from a diverse and large industry group. At some time, our more than 10,000 appraisals have probably touched every industry listed in the NAICS code.

Some of our most interesting assignments have been the most difficult to classify. We have determined the value of specified books, films, emerging technology, as well as other unique projects that involve special purpose real estate, shipping, aerospace, aircraft , book copyrights for books not yet written, historic theatres, wind turbines, antique machinery and equipment, just to name a few.
