Employees are instructed to promptly report matters of harassment or unlawful discrimination to their supervisor, certain other individuals. All inquiries and complaints are investigated and kept as confidential. Enterprise Appraisal Company will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who makes a good faith report or who assists in a complaint investigation.
