Enterprise Appraisal Company, a strategically expanding, privately owned global firm and the preferred vendor of choice in valuation and advisory services, is currently seeking experienced licensed and certified commercial/industrial Real Estate Appraisers to augment its Wayne, PA office. We are interested in candidates that are licensed and certified with 1 to 2 years appraisal experience. In addition, candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong computer skills including Excel and Word. Some overnight travel is required.

Salary is negotiable, with substantial upward potential for the right candidate.

Part-time/Sub Contractor

Enterprise Appraisal Company has immediate needs for a Certified Appraiser Commercial/Industrial/Residential Certificate acceptable) for commercial and industrial appraisal work throughout the United States. Residential appraisers will be trained as required. Our objective is to build a National Appraisal Network which can be activated depending on client market location.

Per-diem rate is negotiable.
